Line staff and CSRs were friendly and efficient. Costs are superb for the region too. The facility is not fancy but it had everything we needed. Came in to give family a ride and then grab lunch. Fuel order was finished while we ate and we were ready to depart upon return.

Good personnel, they bend over backwards, super friendly. I find myself at this airport often. This could be my favorite FBO.

Gwinnett Aero is now SheltAir LZU Jet Center. New phone number is 770-995-5592. Quite amiable personnel. Tie down for single engine $15 a night. Facility Fee waived with fuel purchase. Look forward to using them again next time I’m in the Atlanta area.

I would not suggest this FBO. Customer service was very unpleasant, and they did not even have an airplane jumper cable (This is absurd, they have an uncontrolled airport. But this one doesn't. ) !!! They are truly lazy; they will not help you and do not wish to achieve anything. They just want to be paid. Especially the fuel drivers for trucks.

Even if you are based there and you land with another plane for training purposes, they charge you all fees, facility fee, full fuel price, etc. When I inquired why, they said your plane is based here but not you... worst customer service ever... I miss the former Gwinnett Aero... do not suggest.

Enterprise doesn't service this FBO but they have a location down the street and will pick you up.

Good service, fast on the draw, well appointed FBO, and no extra charges. Worth the stop even if you must cross the field to reach the restaurant.
