Awful FBO, trying to deal with the customer service rep was harder than chewing glass. Flat out rude.

Terrible experience. No assistance, impolite customer service, might as well have gone to a different airport. Would not suggest to anyone!

Good FBO! Very welcoming personnel with all the things pilots would require getting ready for a trip. Costs were rather fair and anticipating returning soon.

Fine people here, from the parking staff to the inside personnel. We arrived for a single night in a C210 and were greeted. I believe it was $12 for the overnight stay, quite fair. It was simple to utilize the pilot lounge for a Zoom meeting I needed to attend. The sole issue was not the FBO but National Car Rental, no drop-off at the FBO. FBO kindly provided us the crew car so we could pick up and then bring back the rental auto. Come on National! I rent from you at GA airports all across the US. Freedom is superb.

This location is superb. Welcoming, fair charges and fuel. Tidy.

The CSR for our visit was the worst I have ever observed. Totally impolite and unprofessional. Steer clear of this location if possible.

I've been in twice in the last 90 days for Jet A and overnight stays. Line crew is good but week day customer service is much to be desired. Facilities are clean but don't anticipate assistance with rental cars or suggestions locally. It's a little too much to anticipate here.

diverted for WX. only go if you have too. they WILL lock you out from your plane after 10PM even thoughbthe tower is open. they wont give you the gate code to get food and return. the ramp attendant was fine but the lady at the desk was rude and unhelpful.

The way they are collecting "ramp fees" from the city of Lynchburg is per calendar day, not per overnight. Be mindful of that when you'll get an extra charge on your day of departure. I do not recall that historically and have visited LYH for >10 years. The customer service experience can be quite variable. Line guys are always helpful and direct.

Freedom charged $110 “Landing Fee” for one overnight. We were there 16 hours. They charge $55 per calendar day for the “Landing Fee”. Our wingspan was under 38ft. I purchased above 150 gallons of fuel and still needed to pay full price on the ramp fee that was billed as a “Landing Fee”.
