FBO new location at East apron

Brand new facility in superb condition. Line personnel and front desk were top notch. Flew in on a low IFR day and needed to divert. The front desk would call after 15-30 minutes to inform us of the change in conditions and if anyone was able to successfully shoot the approach. Reasonably priced fuel too. Will certainly be back next time we visit KC!

Friendly and helpful FBO personnel. They open at 6am and somebody was present just before 6am to let me in for an early departure. They provided complimentary cold water and have tidy washrooms. They also provided a crew car but I remained two nights so I took Uber into the city. When arranging Uber, ensure to use the "Hangar 1" address and to send a message to the driver that you are in the hanger with the big red stripe (which is apparent when you look at it). I would certainly stop there again.

Superb facilities and a helpful friendly staff. I arrived as a Compassion Flight with 8 rescued puppies for the nearby shelter. Service was above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend.

Good stop for a chiefs game. Line service was very friendly and had the rental car pulled up to the plane as we shut down. I have used all the other KC airports for chiefs games, but this one is by far the finest and economical. Will certainly return

We arrived for a meeting 4 days after they moved into the new FBO. It is a lovely facility with good amenities. The crew room is private with a sleep room. A wonderful upgrade from the former facility!

Good service and their line personnel were fine and supportive in all our needs. Courtesy car available and very clean. CAA fuel made it a go to stop for this area. Will be back.

The sole reason that we stop in Lee's Summit is because of the consistent, exemplary service at the FBO. They are always Johny on the spot to marshal us in. They gave good hotel recommendations and even loaned us a car overnight. We can't speak highly enough of this FBO.

Fine, welcoming FBO, expert, and polite line service. Lots of ramp area. Dana at the desk has a bright, welcoming smile. I would certainly suggest this FBO.

Good stop. Called ahead for rental car, car was on ramp at arrival. Personnel nice and friendly! Simple return too! Will be back!
