Fantastic Above and Beyond FBO. Medevac flight came in after a snow event. The owner came out onto the Taxiway with the Towers blessing. He marshalled us through the worst snow choke points all the way to the FBO. Line Service was out and available in the worst of conditions. Eagle East Aviation took good care of me during my week-long visit. Marshaled our Cessna 182 to our Tie-Down and had our rental car pre-cooled with A/C running right next to the tie down spot. Transferred bags and away we went. Fine service and will return!

Called ahead to alert Eagle East of my arrival in a PA32. Tim (the owner) texted me right back with taxi and tie down details. When I landed and taxied to the ramp, Jack (ground lineman) was all ready for me with good service and patience for unloading the plane. Also made arrangements for an early morning departure thru an after hours gate entry. Appreciate the welcome and attention.

First time at this FBO. Don't anticipate fancy amenities. The pilot lounge is a couple of sofas with two bathrooms and a water cooler. The restaurant across the street is closed on Tuesday (the day we were there) but seems like it would be a good diner. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They say they have courtesy cars but I'm not 100% sure that's accurate. Because the diner was closed one of the employees let us use their car to go get a sub. The description of the services is generous.

I’ve flown to Eagle East on and off for 20 years in a variety of light pistons and Tim and his team have been utter professionals every time. From getting my plane into a hangar on short notice ahead of a storm to seeing Tim’s passion for aviation manifest in treating his instructors like a mentor should, I’m always impressed. Please keep up the good work.
