Stopped in for overnight late staff was very accommodating offered shuttle and arranged hotel line guys and management very hospitable and down to earth best service I have received in long while. I will definitely return . Mario J.

Very fine FBO with welcoming personnel. The aroma of food from the eatery drifting onto the ramp smelled truly good but unfortunately we only had a brief period to refuel. Quite simple in and out.

Stopped there on 12/14/21 for Jet-A. Good service by line agents and customer service agents. Fast and simple.

Very helpful personnel in person, but had difficulty getting an enterprise rental car ahead of time for a second planned trip. Enterprise at this airport is 304-520-3115 option 4 then option 4 again. The location never did pick up though. Idk if others have had the FBO deal with enterprise for them, but they just gave me the number.

The Finest Welcome I pilot into maybe 20 unique GA airports annually and the personnel at Greenrier are the finest! Calling in advance to confirm fuel and ramp area availability--a fellow asked some queries about my plane and arrival moment. After arriving line personnel assisted w/tie downs & baggage, the supervisor welcomes me by name! My reasonable transport arrangement failed and no rental cars were accessible. Without delay the airport director provided a pleasant trip into the city! Good folks!

Stopped in for fuel on 11/30/21, very fine service, lovely airport, they could not waive the $38 fees because I got under 50 gallon of fuel

VERY impressed with the service here! Treated my little RV10 like it was one of the large jets on the ramp. Restaurant was closed (on Sunday) so lady at desk called “a friend” to give us a ride into town for lunch! Was so impressed, stopped again on trip home. Was just as good 2nd time as the first. Highly recommend!

Made KLWB our fuel stop on our way back from KISM. The ground team was right out front to park our plane. Our plan was to only ‘gas ‘n go’ but our marshaler suggested the Mexican restaurant for supper. Although our next segment was only a 1 hour flight up the road, my wife, daughter and I decided ‘why not’. Anyway, the food was tasty, but most important was the friendliness of the Greenbrier airport personnel and the tidiness of the airport, facilities and eatery. I would recommend KLWB as a stop over.
