Stopped into South Haven to get lunch at Cafe Julia. Dan from the FBO greeted us as we were taxiing in and had a courtesy car warming up for us. The runway and taxi way were plowed much better than the Class D airport I flew in from. Very well maintained and managed FBO. I will make this a regular stop. Thanks aviacao

Randy and Dan are the absolute best. Took the crew car for a while with the family, they assisted with fueling me up, and treated the kids very well. Good prices and service, thanks!

Stayed here for 3 weeks this summer with our Champ. Likely the finest airport experience we’ve ever had. Dan and Randy were super accommodating, the FBO is very fine, bathrooms, courteous car, courtesy bike, coffee, and a pilots lounge with a few sofas. Good fuel cost as well. Grass cross wind is well kept. Also, the blueberry fest fly in is not to be missed. Would highly highly recommend KLWA as a destination or a fuel stop.

The view from the flight in is breathtaking. The airport and the FBO are very well-maintained and the personnel at the FBO are very friendly. I called ahead to reserve a courtesy car and upon arrival it was out front waiting for us. I would suggest you stop in Southhaven anytime, the town is very charming and full of life. We had breakfast at six checks and would suggest that as well. They have the finest cinnamon roll I’ve ever had‬!

Very welcoming and helpful. With some coordination, they permitted us to utilize the courtesy car during the evening after normal business hours. We put some money in the jar and departed that evening. Superb visit, we shall return! Watch out for deer in the evening. We saw three cross the taxiway in front of us while taxiing out.

Fine airport. Unfortunately, no entry after hours. Could not even utilize the restroom since it was locked. We attempted to call the number but nobody answered. Self serve fuel was available (1am)

Superb service and very welcoming. They even prepared us a pot of coffee. Absolutely will return. Fuel quite affordable too.

Had a good experience at this FBO. I called ahead of time to ask for the courtesy car and they had it ready when I arrived. Very fine people and would surely return again this summer.

Randy at FBO is one of the most accommodating people I've ever met. And Kevin, who has a hanger on the field and a business of servicing floats, is just as accommodating. I Had a flat nose wheel on landing. Kevin jumped right in and took care of it. WONDERFUL guys!

Flew into LWA on Saturday with a friend for bfast. Randy had a nice van for us to utilize to drive into town. Had a good bfast at Six Chicks. Fine airport with clean bathrooms. Airport had some traffic on a summer Saturday morning. Would recommend this airport if needing a stop on the lake. In addition to the van the airport had several bikes with helmets for use. The town is only a mile or so away.
