Easy self serve fuel. Simple runways in and out. Fine terminal. Everybody was super friendly. Good courtesy cars. Went into town for lunch and to drop off our bags at a hotel. Beautiful terminal space.

Francis provided superb customer support to us with our caravans for the week we operated out of here. Very recommend this FBO for their high standard of service, competitive rates, and care.

Francis and Waypoint were outstanding! Arranged rental car (waiting AND warmed up when I arrived), provided very competitively priced full service fuel, filled my B36TC O2 tank, helped me load/unload bags and even stayed a few minutes late to make sure my evening departure went as planned. We were on our way back from Ankeny, IA and decided to land at Lakeville to avoid a storm front. The owner was one of the finest gentlemen I have ever met! With hail on the way, he let us move our plane into the already packed hanger to avoid damage. On top of that he waived the fee and let us borrow the courtesy car. Thankful to have flown into such a kind and generous FBO. If you are ever need a place to land I would 11/10 recommend landing here and asking for Francis!

Visited KLVN / Waypoint Flight Services (FBO) for first time in August 2021. Called ahead to have Waypoint arrange a rental car and received stellar support from Francis at the FBO. He took direct responsibility to make sure that the car was delivered on time (it was) and even provided me with his business cell number in case I needed to call back to make any adjustments. 100LL prices were fair for the area and exactly as posted on ForeFlight. No fee for landing, facility use, or overnight tie-down. Overall superb support!
