Oh my Gosh ! What a Cool FBO This was our 1st time LVK and 5 rivers. Everyone was so kind and treated like we just arrived in a Gulfstream and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Loved all the aviation decor. We will certainly be back!

I strongly suggest Five Rivers. I was marshaled in by Line Guy Justin. He was quite helpful with unloading all of my passengers baggage. He returned after showing my passengers to their rental car, to see if I needed any assistance. The CSR's were very cordial and helpful. These folks appear to truly care and enjoy their job.

Good service on a quick stop at KLVK!

Stopped at Five rivers and was immediately greeted with a fuel truck, GPU for our Phenom 300 and customer catering was brought to the plane within 5 minutes of our arrival. Christian and Fletcher were our line service team and they provided one of the finest service experiences I have had since flying corporate.

Good fbo with fair costs on jet a, and services. Simple in and out, will utilize this airport more frequently for our requirements in the locale!

Crew car $75/day or complimentary for up to 2 hours (April 2025).

Cannot suggest Five Rivers with confidence. Line crew pumped 30 gallons over wing into my plane without bonding the truck to the aircraft. When I informed him about it he simply shrugged and stated, "ehh it has been sitting overnight." This absence of line tech instruction is dangerous in my view.

Don't anticipate the red carpet treatment in a piston plane. No ropes next to the FBO. When asked, the line crew provided some wooden chocks. Had to have the aircraft fueled a second time as the line crew overlooked 3 of the 4 tanks. Facility is fine but I would not deem the personnel to be excessively helpful. Overnight charge applied even with fuel purchase.

Very welcoming line personnel and FBO staff. Clean, and lots of complimentary snacks. Stayed overnight and with top-off no overnight fee.

Fantastic FBO! Line crew friendly and quick. Interior of the FBO has lots of old airliner seats and service carts, and taxiway edge lights for some accent. Truly one of my top favorite FBO’s.
