Transient pilots beware: Houston Class B airspace (surface to 10,000') is only 1.8 miles from the departure end of Runway 32. Operators of turboprop or jet aircraft need to be in a left turn immediately after departure to avoid an airspace violation and pilot deviation.

Had to land for passengers. Originally planned on Galveston, but weather prevented it. Saturday afternoon poor weather, but lots of activity. Good self service fuel. Fine FBO facility, but nobody around until almost time to depart.

This location is wonderful! Landed here after dark following a diversion from the Galveston fog, and got clear directions regarding a somewhat complicated parking setup. The fuel is inexpensive, the assistance is outstanding and they embody welcoming attitudes. I will return, you will not regret choosing this FBO destination. - Isaac S.

The Pearland team is superb! I have flown in multiple times in the past six months and we have received first rate treatment! From providing a loaner car on our short visits to making sure our rental was ready and seeing we have everything we need for our flights. Truly a good experience every time!

We flew into Pearland in our Baron which is our first trip to Houston area. Trevor, the FBO manager could not have been more helpful with securing our plane, towing it to the fuel pump, (the lowest Avgas price in the area) and assisting with the return of our rental car. Trevor certainly knows how to go above and beyond. We have made Pearland our Houston home from home airport destination.

First time into Pearland. We were doing a quick turn to pick up a couple of pups for a Pilots n Paws flight. We did not need fuel but that did not matter to the people at the FBO. They were good. Grabbed us some water and pretty much made sure we had anything we required. Super friendly people! Would certainly go back.

I have been flying out of KLVJ for more than five years. During that time I’ve got to know the team at the FBO very well. Service is always outstanding and they are all good fellows. I would highly recommend flying into Pearland regional.

I was at Pearland for some upkeep work in October 2021. The kindness and service I got from Trevor and his team was good. The facilities were tidy and pleasant, and the FBO hospitality while I awaited service work was heartwarming. My sincere thanks to all the Pearland team. I think this Pearland airport is a true gem and perhaps not well know to those of us pilots who live in other regions of the U.S.

Highly recommend this FBO to anyone passing thru or staying the night. The Accommodation was top notch for our S-61 and the fuel was out and done by Trevor super quick. A+, 5stars. Coffee, crew car, fuel, fine looking office, friendly guys falling over them selves to help however they can. Much appreciated.
