Donna was amazing for helping us out when getting in late with a courtesy car and jet a!

My spouse and I flew in and Matt as well as his team were there to meet us. I had reached out to him via E-mail to confirm ground transport. The reply was almost instantly and he had a vehicle that would fit the three of us. Ground operations were very smooth with moving and fueling the plane and fine discussions about the airport. The city was good to walk around and view the sights. We shall return shortly. Thanks to everyone in Laurel that were very kind and superb hosts.

I will not be using this facility in the future. I suggest Hattiesburg instead. Stopped for fuel enroute from Ft. Lauderdale to Lubbock on Sunday. The line service person was courteous. We were traveling with 3 small children and wanted to use a courtesy car to go get some lunch and bring back. We were advised they did not provide courtesy cars on the weekend and there was no Uber, taxi or anything to get to town. There was not even a snack machine in the FBO.

This is a superb facility. We have been operating in the area and using this airport. The personnel is very welcoming, and exceptionally supportive. We were here over Labor Day weekend, and although the FBO was shut, the supervisor opened the building for us. Everybody has been very helpful, and attending to whatever we require (or might require later on). They do have a courtesy car, and there is an amazing BBQ spot under a mile away. If you're in the vicinity, it is certainly worth a visit.

Clean facility and quiet facility. I arrived on a Saturday and was informed that the courtesy car is only available on weekdays. The lineman seemed disappointed to not be able to accommodate and tried to contact the manager to ask for an exception but was unsuccessful in doing that. Hopped down to KPIB and U.S. Aviation was fortunately able to help us out. Just frustrating to drive right back past KLUL to go to Laurel.
