We had a really amazing time here — we were picking up an airplane on the other side of the field and had to run into town to grab a few supplies. They were kind enough to let us use the car and even gave us a ride back to the plane when we were finished. The facility was super clean too. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Got a fee rundown for a twin Cessna spending 2 nights there. $75 if you don't buy 40 gallons. $35 security charge. $60 a night for overnight. Ends up at $230 for 2 nights

The winds were gusting over 30kts. They insisted that my Baron needed to be parked tail into the wind. I could not get the ground crew to comprehend. I then turned the aircraft around into the wind. The ground crew member was impolite and simply didn't grasp that it could harm the rudder and ailerons and elevator. His manager came out to help and calm the situation. The line supervisor had never known that you shouldn't park a plane into a strong wind tail first. Dissatisfied.

Amazing FBO, beautiful facilities, very cordial staff, FREE ICE CREAM, extraordinarily comfy recliners. We WILL return. Cannot suggest highly enough. Altered our whole perception of Ohio truly. Lunken Field & Waypoint Aviation have two fresh admirers!

I had a really great experience at Waypoint Aviation. Even while they were swamped dealing with jet traffic, they still made the time to give my GA aircraft priority and take care of it, which really stuck out to me. I came up to bring a family whose teenage son was getting care from Cincy Children's Hospital. Barb, Scott, Jennifer, and the rest of the staff gave top-notch service and handled every accommodation we asked for. They're a team that really gets customer care. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been there a handful of times now for quick day trips in and out of LUK, and every visit has been smooth with really good service and amenities. Even when I just turned up unannounced, it’s been easy to park and then get on with my time in the area before heading out.

Picked up a small bi-plane to take back to New Mexico. I asked for and got a spot in the hangar due to snow approaching. The whole staff was first rate!! Thanks again

I’ve had a couple of really good experiences with Waypoint over the years. They’ve assisted me get a hangar spot last minute prior to storms coming thru the area. On our recent trip, they pulled my plane into their hangar to melt frost off prior to departure without me even needing to ask. First rate service, and it’s a genuine concern for the customer. They now have expanded ramp parking and a very comfortable lounge area. Highly recommend if passing thru or staying at LUK.

Good Service from Waypoint Aviation. Flew in for a Reds Game (a short Uber ride away) with my family in an SR22. Personnel guided us in and were prepared for anything we required. All the personnel we encountered were keen to assist and passionate about aviation, their town, and activities to do in the locale. We shall return.
