Wonderful folks. They had the rental car pulled up to the plane. Tie down and fuel was handled for us after we departed. Tie down fee was waived with fuel purchase. Thank you for the good service!

Very impressed with MRK Aviation. There was an issue with our rental car and before we arrived the team tried their best to fix it, ultimately providing a very nice crew car for our passengers to attend their meeting. Everything was plane side and ready to go right as we arrived, I honestly didn't even know there was an issue with the rental car until someone told us after the passengers were already on their way! Fees are very reasonable for a mid size jet also. Hope to return again!

Lorain County Airport and MRK Aviation are a combined jewel. Super competitive fuel price; finest in their region. Aaron and their whole team work hard to excel in customer service. Arranged a National Car rental smoothly. Wow! in every dimension.

Love this FBO, their personnel are top notch. Ashley, Veronica, Joe, and Cody all went above and beyond to assist us after we were stuck with a Mx issue on a long cross country training flight. Everyone there had the finest attitude at an FBO I have encountered. They gave me a ride to town for a rental car and I was able to return it with them. Overnight fee was waived with fuel purchase.

Good small fbo, was greeted by a staff member at the plane. Fueling was finished fast and a fine cost. No ramp fee for a piston single, and let us borrow their crew car which was very good and clean. Will return here if i'm ever in the vicinity. -- Norman M.

I do aerial survey. One of the finest FBO's I've been to. The line crew is amazing and everybody on the inside is friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. 10 out of 10 will come here again.
