One of my favorite FBOs. Have flown in multiple times for a weekend trip with friends. Very accommodating and welcoming. Haven't needed much service other than fuel. Helpful staff.

Good facility! Very welcoming attentive personnel. We arranged beforehand to secure their courtesy for an overnight stopover. $65 for the car which was less expensive than on sight enterprise. Quite pleased with our experience here. Would happily come back later.

Gouging! They want $500 for a single engine plane the day of the Derby. If they take federal funds they should be shut down by the FAA.

To my surprise, there was some confusion about the front desk not knowing of our expected arrival. I suggest phoning ahead as we learned the email listed in ForeFlight's email tab doesn't get communicated to the line, at least not ours today. My spouse and I flew in for a doctor’s appointment. The personnel were super welcoming and had a courtesy car available. They surely made it simple to get in and out.

Louisville Executive Aviation is an exceptional fbo, a fine experience that's not obtainable with the two large fbo chains found at virtually every other airport. This fbo is a prime illustration of professionalism & Kentucky hospitality. Olivia resolved critical issue effortlessly for this crew. A refreshing experience no longer observed in corporate aviation.

Very nicely appointed. Personnel was friendly. They had a brand new rental car and borrowing it went smooth.

My dispatcher sent the message advising the FBO of our expected arrival. The young woman at the front desk was quick to inform me there was no message sent. I explained we sent the message to the email address listed in Foreflight and she stated she doesn't get those. I suggested that she could be the hero by telling her manager that she should be the one getting those. Her reply, "don't instruct me how to perform my work". Line service was superb even with my unexpected arrival. otherwise, functional facility.

Spent 4 evenings here . Very welcoming personnel. $5 family charge and $20/day ramp charge. I believe one day was waived for purchasing fuel since I was billed for 3 evenings. Good detailer on the field. Detailed my Cherokee while I was present at a fair cost. Certainly will come back.
