Always a delight to fly into KLNS. Alliance FBO is a top notch facility. Airport restaurant and bar is very much worth a visit. Just a marvelous airport overall.

One of my plane partners stopped in en route to PHL. He said only fine things about the people and service they received. 5 stars!

Visited in May 2024. FBO services were entirely as anticipated, good. Christine lined up our rental car SEAMLESSLY and it was perfect. Lasagna at airport restaurant was 5 stars. Thank you Alliance, I'll be back.

FBOs don’t get any better than this. No fees. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice facility. Rental car was ready and waiting for me.

What a superb FBO. I was in town for business and they enthusiastically took care of every need from procuring hangar space to getting the plane fueled and ready on time. A+ crew at Alliance!

Good FBO !!! They lined up our rental car and had it waiting for us when we arrived. Ramp and counter staff were phenomenal, and who doesn't like free ice cream!!

Had a dreadful experience. Called the FBO to arrange a rental car for a day visit. Received a confirmation. Several days following the rental I got an invoice directly from the rental car agency for 3X what was confirmed. Called the FBO to get it sorted and they were unwilling to assist in any way. I called the rental car location but their phone number was not working. The FBO staff would not even walk the 20 paces from their desk to the rental car office to help me get in touch.

Christina absolutely rocked it. We diverted to LNS yesterday for weather and she was so kind and accommodating, as we’re traveling with our 10 year old daughter. Recommended a good hotel in Lititz (The Wilbur) and we had an amazing day in the country. Definitely give this FBO 5 stars for service!
