The flooding issues are totally gone, thanks to a multi year mitigation project that saw enhancements to the airport and adjoining land. This permits the water to go downhill to the Wisconsin river. My carrier, Verizon, now has two bar dependable service for flight plans. And if you come while the restaurant is open, they have fine internet to achieve the same objective.
