I come in here about once a month for stuff at UNL, from college visits all the way to football day, and the staff at Duncan is above and beyond from arrival to departure. Every trip has been positive. I pretty much think of them as my home airport away from home.

These folks are superb. Fast service, welcoming and expert. I arrived late and they permitted me to keep the crew car overnight since I was returning right away in the morning.

Good FBO at KLNK! I was ferrying a light DA20 across the nation and stopped here for the evening. Weather kept me another night but Duncan treated me like a corporate jet. They hangared my DA20 (for a fee, naturally) for two nights and topped it off. Had me prepared to go as soon as the weather cleared. Top notch!

Lots of bizjets on the ramp, but I was treated like royalty in my SEL. I had called a few days before about hangaring overnight, and was met on the ramp immediately by the line staff with tug. They also drove me to my hotel. Good service!!

From the moment we pulled into the ramp we got first class service from the personnel at Duncan. The line crew quickly chocked the Mooney even though lightning was visible and a storm was arriving soon. It did not take much fuel to top off the tanks, but there was no issue getting a courtesy crew vehicle so we could wait out the storm while eating a famous Nebraska Runza sandwich. In fact, Duncan has several vehicles available to lend. Next time I am in Lincoln, we will be back.

A big shout out and Thank You to Hunter and the personnel at Duncan Aviation. Flew an AngleFlight to Lincoln from Denver. All ramp and facility fees waived and a discount on fuel. And when my passengers rental vehicle was delivered to the terminal area rather than Duncan.... no issue. A member of their kind, professional, and efficient staff ran them around to their vehicle. Stopped in on a ferry flight to spend the night. Had called ahead to see if they had hangar space for a champ which they did. When I landed they got me fueled right away. Line guy offered to clean my windshield which I appreciated. They have courtesy cars but can't take them over night. Instead they'll give you a ride to the nearby hotels and pick you up in the morning. Good service. Would use again.

Fantastic service. Parked us, fueled us, and brought the rental car to our plane for speedy unloading. They made us feel like the most important people on the ramp in our modest PA32 Lance. Highly recommended.

Stopped for overnight at Duncan in our 340. Personnel was all excellent. Arranged a fine hotel at a fair cost for us. Upon departure there was a mixup with the fuel quantity we requested. The line manager was apologetic and made it right by going above and beyond. Good service and friendly staff. We'll return.

Stopped in my Cessna 185 on May 16th Florida to Idaho. Landed for fuel and overnight stay. Service at Duncan was superb. The lineman cleaned my wings and windshield even before I even had a chance to unload bags. Desk staff was wonderful too. Treated us like the three huge jets that were parked next to us. Really liked downtown Marriott and Ribs. Definitely new cross country stop over. Vincent A.
