Called in ahead for jet fuel and got handy taxi directions too. When we arrived, they already had the fuel truck waiting for us, and the CAA discount made it the cheapest jet fuel I've ever bought. It's a smaller spot, but the facility was clean and welcoming, with super friendly, helpful staff. Snacks, drinks, etc. They also answered a lot of questions we had about coming back to see Crater Lake. Highly recommend.

Charter first time In there and used RMC for no particular reason to be honest, however they earned my business that day. Ended up stuck all day for pax, crew car not available, was offered a personal truck to use and get something to eat etc... throughout the day I watched these guys operate, cool pilot lounge above the action of F15's blasting off to helicopters training young pilots. Day was enjoyable due to comfy surroundings, good conversation and quality operations. They are new but good!

Quick trip in and out twice in two days. Both times, fellows were good. Very welcoming, fast fuel, fine facility to have a quick snack before beating the storms out. Shall certainly return.

RMC, and Travis in particular, helped make our trip to Klamath Falls a good experience. He was helpful, welcoming, and I really enjoyed both the facility and the exemplary service. Fuel was reasonably priced and I appreciated his willingness to work with enterprise car rental when we learned we would arrive after they closed. Thanks, Travis! We will certainly be back!

What a good small FBO in a restored Forestry Service building. Very welcoming and useful personnel forthcoming with free snacks and coffee/water for a recharging (self serve) fuel stop.

I diverted to KLMT at the last minute due to fog in Medford, and stumbled across RMC and their superb service. Travis and his team made sure I had everything I required to make my business meeting in Medford. They arranged an immediate crew car and drove me to pick up the vehicle to save time. They brought my new SR22 into the hangar for overnight parking to avoid frost, and had me topped off, with Tanis heater plugged in before my departure back to So Cal. Definitely a wonderful addition to KLMT.

These folks are the finest. I had a sequence of unfortunate situations and they were very accommodating and useful with looking after the plane and pilots. They went above and beyond the usual requests and services for an FBO.

Had to divert to KLMT due to some engine troubles and had the good fortune of ending up @RMC Aviation. Travis (the manager) and the rest of the team there went the extra mile to get me up and running as quickly as possible. Travis even met the FedEx aircraft on the field to pull the new magneto before it went out on the truck for delivery just to save a few hours. He also gave me a ride to my hotel which was over 10 miles away. Talk about amazing customer service! The whole team was good!

Travis and Don are top notch at RMC Aviation. Good service, good prices and extremely knowledgeable. The self service is so convenient and they also can fill you on the ramp or at your hanger. I came in on a Sunday afternoon recently and Don met me at my hanger, topped off my 182 and then hustled back to grab the golf cart to take me my wife 2 kids and luggage to our vehicle instead of making us walk. Highly recommend RMC Aviation.

We landed there in a C185 and met our friend in a TravelAir 6000. RMC found us hangers and helped get us in before the rain arrived. SUPERB service! Stopped at Century on another trip and we're not as happy. Slow service. No hangers.
