I wanted to take a moment to highly commend the team at Atlantic Aviation (FBO). Emily, the Manager, consistently ensures that the operations run perfectly. Whether it's prompt fueling, smooth ground handling, fine concierge services, or just a friendly face when we arrive, the entire Atlantic Aviation crew consistently goes above. If you are looking for five-star service, dependability, and true professionalism, look no further than Atlantic Aviation.

Awful. I dropped my plane off at a maintenance shop around the corner. Had a friend pick me up and they charged me a $95 ramp fee. No option for fuel waver offered. Must be costly to maintain that fancy fish tank in their lobby.

First time to Long Beach in the Cardinal. Parked us right in front on arrival. Helped with vehicle access to unload plane to vehicle, got us set up for a week stay and parked the plane. Very concerned about nose wheel I instructed about the stop limits. Three linemen wanted to see and after showing them the reason for my concern, ensured all was handled properly. They later towed the airplane to longer term parking and did a superb job taking care of the nose wheel turning limits. Fuel not the least cost compared to Signature, but well worth the slight difference. Airplane size does not appear to result in a difference in service. Getting help moving baggage, fuel, towing, all top notch. A lot more fees than most places we visit but they do have more costs to cover for the service. While I don’t like fees just for the sake of fees, they were not nearly as onerous as they could be at other FBO’s. I didn’t check, have had good service from ROSS. Merging with Atlantic, my other “go to”

We've only visited Atlantic LGB twice but we've had good service both times in our Piper Lance. Pulled right up front and was left there overnight in our single engine piston. Line and reception staff were good. We left a sweater on departure and they sent it to us FedEx the next morning without any trouble. When in LGB we'll be back.

Cherokee 6 arrived mid morning, left early afternoon. Service was good, rental car brought to plane at shutdown no issues with service. Fee seemed a little costly at $67 (no fuel) for 4 hour stay.

If you're just doing a quick pick up and drop off, they only charge $25 for a light piston. That's much better than Signature's $45

Amazing customer service!!!! Came from signature ramp after being treated poorly. Not only were the lineman waiting for us, they rolled out a red carpet, even pulled the crew car around the front for us! FIRST CLASS SERVICE! Michael was amazing! Thank you so much, Ross! You guys made our night! 10/10 recommend!
