Not a bad encounter for me. I enjoyed striking up a discussion with the staff and found the FBO to be just what you need of your hopping around the area. It's a no frills setup so you'll need to pump your own 100LL and catch an Uber or rental car but the people here are fine folks.

Like other comments here - do yourself a favor and stay away! They billed me much more than I was quoted over the phone. The manager has zero comprehension about customer service and is very impolite.

I fly into Teterboro regularly and thought i would try out Linden as it was a bit closer to my meeting. Unfortunately, their service has not gotten any better than the previous reviews indicated. Line guy was out on his cart when I pulled in but made no effort to direct me to parking. Did respond to the radio call, though. Made no attempt to help me tie down the plane even in the rain. 100LL much more costly than FF indicated, and more than $2/gal higher than TEB. Then, they require full service on fuel, but do not have a truck and will not move planes to the fuel area. When ready to depart, a pilot has to find the line guy, then taxi to fuel area, then have line guy fill up the plane, then go back inside the FBO to pay. Leaves pilots no choice but to fuel and depart during normal business hours. They curtly stated they would not have any hangar space available if storms were to roll in. TEB is far more convenient, less costly and closer to the city. The line guy r
