Visited 10/3 for a quick business meeting in town. Superb facilities, fine ramp and desk crew. Was able to borrow the crew car and that was greatly appreciated. Thank you Rick Aviation!

No Contract Fuel

We landed because of an engine issue and they could not have been kinder or more supportive. The line personnel were right there checking to see if we were alright and offered us any assistance that we required. The desk team was similarly cordial and useful and gave us the contact details for a good repair facility right on the airport. They lent us a crew vehicle to go get a meal while we waited for the maintenance shop to meet with us. Although the plane had sufficient power for us to taxi it over to the shop for the fixes, Rickenbacker staff offered to tow us over if necessary. a week later when the fixes were finished, we had the plane brought back to them for keeping for a few days because we could not fly it out immediately.. Short and simple, the folks at Rickenbacker are welcoming, supportive and do all they can to make your stop there as enjoyable as possible. This is a lovely, new FBO with wonderful people who do all they can to be welcoming and supportive. I strongly suggest them to anyone going thru the area.
