Million Air Lubbock at Lubbock Preston Smith International Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

June 8, 2026Million Air's service center was outstanding. An oil line broke on my single engine turbine, and Richard in service got me in right away so they could figure out what was wrong. Monte was a great technician to deal with, and the other folks were very thorough and good too. We did need to order a part, but has soon as it showed up the next day, they installed it fast and carefully and I was back on my way. Fair prices and top notch service. Thank you!

March 28, 2026Absolutely no customer service-rude, slow, and not even a greeting when I walked in. I’m taking my business to F82.

March 23, 2026We've stopped here plenty of times, and every visit has been outstanding. This weekend, we flew in for the George Strait concert, then returned the following evening to visit family. Mariah, Sky, and Kevin are genuinely wonderful people. They treated us like celebrities. This remains one of our favorite FBO's to use, and it's all because of the people. We've never had anything but a great experience here. They are absolutely top notch.

January 20, 2026ForeFlight’s fee schedule is way off. They’re charging about four times what’s posted for ramp fees. Came out to $190 for a Pilatus.

December 10, 2025Good service and welcoming staff. We flew in Friday and out Monday after the big win by TTU over BYU. Everyone treated us so fine and the plane was ready to go this morning. We shall return!

May 19, 2026They must be short on Line Service techs here. Not friendly AT ALL. Nobody asked whether we needed fuel; they just waved us toward a spot and walked off. The ladies at the front desk were friendly, though, and the vehicles we requested were available. But the customer service out on the line was really poor.

May 4, 2026Don't go in expecting Million Air-level amenities, since this FBO has only recently rebranded as one. Management doesn't put enough guys on the line. Slow days are fine, but they regularly get heavy military traffic and medevacs needing service. When multiple aircraft are sitting on the ramp, service will probably not be quick. The line guys work hard, but management is subpar. Overall it's just an average FBO, and I'd recommend using Lubbock Exec (F82) instead.

February 28, 2026I had a really pleasant experience with Million Air. They had my rental car ready for me, took care of my O2, and when a heavy rain storm with possible hail rolled in they got my plane into a hangar!! A+

January 12, 2026They have gotten lazy and the customer service has declined considerably. Won't marshal planes correctly on a busy ramp, will expect you to taxi your wing over other wings without wing walkers, won't chock your plane correctly and will give you attitude any time you ask for anything. Unacceptable when my company flies in multiple times a week.

December 6, 2025I had hopes that things would improve with Million Air taking over. But still the same lack of organization. We are here for every home game and several non-game days. I get today was extremely busy and they were doing the best they could with the personnel available. They should have brought in more personnel from other locations. I put in my fuel order as soon as we landed around 8:45, I reminded them twice and as of 1450 still no fuel. But they fueled several other planes that landed after us.
