I had a really pleasant experience with Million Air. They had my rental car ready for me, took care of my O2, and when a heavy rain storm with possible hail rolled in they got my plane into a hangar!! A+

Good service and welcoming staff. We flew in Friday and out Monday after the big win by TTU over BYU. Everyone treated us so fine and the plane was ready to go this morning. We shall return!

I had hopes that things would improve with Million Air taking over. But still the same lack of organization. We are here for every home game and several non-game days. I get today was extremely busy and they were doing the best they could with the personnel available. They should have brought in more personnel from other locations. I put in my fuel order as soon as we landed around 8:45, I reminded them twice and as of 1450 still no fuel. But they fueled several other planes that landed after us.

We stopped in yesterday to see our children and get a little bit of fuel. The entire staff was superb and helpful. When we went to depart outlet Bonanza wasn't wanting to hot start and subsequently ran out of battery. Thanks to the line staff and Ernie we were back in the air in no time. Highly recommend this FBO.

Unfortunately, this specific Million Air, and its predecessor Lubbock Aero, can be described as reliably inconsistent. Twice this week alone, pullouts have been skipped for their tenant customers. There are good people who work here, but the underlying culture is damaged. Support here is subpar.

ForeFlight’s fee schedule is way off. They’re charging about four times what’s posted for ramp fees. Came out to $190 for a Pilatus.

They have gotten lazy and the customer service has declined considerably. Won't marshal planes correctly on a busy ramp, will expect you to taxi your wing over other wings without wing walkers, won't chock your plane correctly and will give you attitude any time you ask for anything. Unacceptable when my company flies in multiple times a week.

Fine spot, was really hectic when we arrived but they took care of us. Affordable fuel. Good FBO. On departure they had my jet pulled up to the door. Superb service for a good fuel cost. Certainly will return here. Simple in and simple out on top of that!

I have had issues with fueling our King Air several times. Once I requested a quick turn and when I arrived they were just standing around and needed to go up to line service to ask them if they were going to fuel us. Eventually they got around to it. Another instance I phoned the night before for fuel. I informed them I needed fueled by 0600. I arrived at 0630 and still not fueled. They hardly got us fueled before PAX arrived. Overall personnel is friendly just not very effective.

I called ahead and FBO offered and handled all hotel and transport arrangements for me. When I arrived the line crew were good and even offered to bring my car to the plane for baggage, the whole staff were super fine people and I was treated like I was royalty. Highly recommend stopping here.
