November 23, 2025Average spot to stop for fuel. They were busy but we did not need to wait for fuel.

October 5, 2024Good FBO. Arrived unannounced in a Cirrus. Line personnel came out to park us right away. This was a fast visit to campus, and they offered us a courtesy car. 10 gallons of 100 LL means no fees for a daytime visit. Friendly personnel. Nice facility.

March 19, 2024Flew into Purdue three times this past week. Good experience from the lineman to the people at the counter to the air traffic controllers, fine experience. Nice place. Highly recommend stopping by.

August 15, 2023Just stopped for fuel for my IFR long xc. Controllers were very kind despite me seeming like I had no idea what I was doing. Line guy was super nice too. 10/10 would stop here again. C172

June 1, 2021I have flown in to KLAF four times and every occasion I have been well taken care of. They have even filled my portable oxygen tank for no charge when I bought fuel.

October 2, 2025Honestly not too impressed with Purdue @ LAF. Fbo staff were busy chatting with their buddies while I was waiting to be fueled and billed. Then my fuel bill was misplaced and it took another period of time to get that sorted.

April 17, 2024Was planning to fly in and telephoned ahead for services. They were useful and organized everything. Then I needed to cancel because of weather. Called them back and they were quite helpful cancelling the plans they had made including with outside parties. I will certainly make an effort of visiting them down the road. Superb customer service.

November 10, 2021Very fine FBO. Roger at the front desk is super pleasant. Airport advice: This is a super active airport with minimal radar coverage from both the tower and Chicago approach. Keep you eyes outside at all times if in VFR conditions, even if talking with ATC. This is probably a safer airport in lower weather with student flight training grounded.
