April 8, 2026I've landed at JZI well over a thousand times over the years, but the place is VERY different now. The ramp is packed with jets around the clock. Atlantic charges by the hour for ramp space, on top of every other fee they can come up with. Even a small piston tied down will run you about a hundred bucks per day. The staff are nice, but this was my final visit to JZI. Keep your money and use another airport.

March 13, 2026Stayed 6 days in a Meridian. I never bothered to ask about the fees before we got there...BEWARE: for a PA46, that 6 day stop turned into an $820 parking bill! Service charge got waived with fuel purchase (and fuel is not cheap). Atlantic JZI has apparently started billing ramp space by the hour; in our case it was $10/hr for day 1, then $5/hr (or $120/day) after that. Pretty ridiculous in my book. Service was friendly, nothing special. Line crew did not pull us up before departure, and they didn't offer a ride to remote parking.

December 3, 2025Flew in 2Jan26 with a piston twin and had a superb experience. I called ahead and they arranged things for me and we had very little to do besides check the receipt. Very simple. The line personnel parked and fueled us, go rentals brought the vehicle, and the front desk team were welcoming and capable. $60 feet waived with fuel and they provided us good pricing. The fbo was contemporary, relaxing, and tidy. Thank you JZI Atlantic!

August 5, 2025Good experience with Atlantic on busy holiday weekend. Atlantic team pulled rental car onto ramp next to plane and fueled me up right away per my request. Waived "Facility Fee" of $40 with fuel purchase. "Parking/Tie Down" was $20 a night with along with a one time "Security Fee Piston" of $10. Staff was kind and facility clean.

April 1, 2026Atlantic is the sole FBO choice at this airport, and they charge way too much. On top of the already overpriced gas, you can get hit with unexpected "special event" fees. Their focus is clearly on jets and turboprops. Piston aircraft seem to be an inconvenience at best and and a nuisance at worst. LRO (Mt Pleasant) is a much more piston-friendly option nearby.

March 19, 2026The marshaling and chocking were fine, but once I stepped out, the line guy was flat-out rude. Paid a small fortune for 100LL and was greeted at my door with a piss poor attitude. If you can, go to Mt. Pleasant instead. I won't be returning unless I'm forced to.

February 3, 2026Came in for a business lunch. Parking ran $50 for 5 hours, and the fuel prices were the highest I've ever run into down South. Service was lousy, so I don't plan on coming back.

October 16, 2025Flew in for the day in a Skylane. Amanda and line crew at Atlantic were friendly courteous and helpful. $40 ramp fee waived with fuel purchase, Security fee $10. The other Amanda at Go Rents car rental was also fine and met us at the plane with the car. Awesome service all the way around. Will be back.

June 3, 2025Spent the weekend with Atlantic Aviation. The self serve pump is situated far up in the NW portion of the field south of taxiway Alpha, west end of the Executive Aviation Academy ramp area. Nowhere close to Atlantic. The FBO does acknowledge you bought fuel up there before arrival on their ramp. I was billed $20 a night plus $10 security fee. Always bring your own tie downs! I phoned ahead on ASRI 129.82 asking for a tie down, parked on the ramp/chocked. I pushed my Bonanza to a tie down.
