Poor service from the staff & steep ramp fees

Dropped in for lunch with a Cirrus SR20. A golf cart met us right away, guided us to parking, and drove us over to the FBO. The staff were excellent-friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend making a stop here.

A CJ1 gets hit with a $450 ramp fee, even after taking on 200+ gals of fuel, and they won't add it to your fuel release like basically everyone else in the USA. The lounge and lobby have zero amenities. JetA is $11+ per gallon. The facility itself is not nice at all. For what they charge, you'd expect a Class A facility, but it's run down and dirty. The bathroom is honestly the most up-to-date part of the place. Line guys were nice, though.

Expectations were low arriving at this place given the other reviews. Nothing negative to report, However. And QSRs lived up to the picture

Line and desk staff are top notch. Admin personnel are rude and condescending. When complained about due to the poor customer service, was thanked for not returning to lower the traffic volume as it would be a benefit for the community! Poor taste of a business model at a public airport.

Such a beautiful FBO, with amazing and friendly staff. Alan greeted us with a smile and was very kind, helping us secure the plane even though I had been calling the wrong frequency. He was also gracious about accepting where we had parked. Then he handed us over in person to the wonderful staff Ann, Kat, and Thomas, who were all so helpful and welcoming, with beautiful smiles. Excellent work everyone, and I am sure it comes from excellent management. Thank you!

Line and desk staff were friendly, but the cost is steep-$60 just to do an SR22 drop-off.

Rude and surly. Upon landing I was admonished by the line guy to call 122.85 before taxiing onto the ramp next time (like it was 4th of July in ACK or something). I looked around and there was literally not ONE other plane on the ramp! He then marched off to hang out with the other 3 linemen who were goofing off outside the FBO while I lugged my bags across the ramp. The folks inside were quite nice so this disparagement only applies to the line staff on the afternoon shift. Avoid!

So costly for no reason, $80 to land. 182RG
