Jet stopover: 2 hour layover with 100gal purchase. Treated like family. Immediate greeting from the line guys, fuel truck came right away. Best part was the warm greeting we got at the desk. Lacy and Jennifer were professional and so fine! Wish we could have stayed overnight. Beautiful spot to stay. Looking forward to next month, when we return!

Overnight tie down fee $25 despite 32 gal fuel bought .. only facility fee waived. They did direct me to 4line car rental which will deliver to /pick up at fbo. Fine clean recent Honda civic. For 99/day. Service was good at counter inside fbo.

Came in the weekend of feb 14. These people are top notch. I'm in an arrow and these folks treated me like I was in a gulfstream. Very professional and courteous people. Their prices honestly are cheaper than the quality service they supply. Red carpet service in a piper arrow? That's a for sure come back in the future. Highly highly recommend

The ramp crew parked us right beside our rental car which was wonderful as we had lots to unload. They fueled the plane right away, The FBO staff were fine to work with. At departure time we were able drive onto the ramp for loading and leave the car right by the airplane with the keys in it. For my circumstances this was good and well worth the $25/night tie down fee. Short term Hangar space is also available. I would definitely recommend Gulf Air Center for a full service FBO.

I am in and out of JKA often. I always appreciate the welcome of the people at Gulf Air and the good service. They do a fine job.

i've been based out of here for 13 years and it's evident that Gulf Air doesn't value the ga fleet that is here day in and day out. not only with excessive fuel prices, the delay for fuel and seeming uninterested and bad customer service has reached the highest of levels. it's usual to wait 30-40 minutes for the fuel truck while they cater to the big money on the ramp. i suggest stopping in foley (5r4) where the gas is almost $3 cheaper and the people are wonderful!

Had the most wonderful experience this week at Gulf Air Center. Flew in on the edge of a tempest and while taxiing half way back to the FBO, the bottom fell out of the storm and it was pouring rain! Two linemen guided us in and brought our rental car to the plane. In the hard rain they proceeded to hook up and tow my plane to the hanger. These guys went way beyond my hopes. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Very rude. Do not suggest FBO. Hours are not plainly stated. When I called the woman hung up on me when I asked for clarification about the after hours. I believe they close at 8p but they will charge for time after that but it's confusing because the late hours says it starts at 9p.
