Sheltair (KJAX)

Sheltair at KJAX delivered an excellent experience. The fuel pricing was very competitive, the aircraft was prepared right on schedule, and the staff handled everything with impressive efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Despite all the numerous charges, service at SheltAir was wonderful. The lineman met us at Customs and made certain we made it to the FBO fine. The charges are mainly because they really do not like GA cluttering up the airport and pulling customs agents away from the marine environment. Sheltair has always given us good service and was very accommodating. They are always our preferred FBO when returning from the Bahamas.

I diverted into JAX in a helicopter due to numerous maintenance issues. The personnel was more than helpful and made certain I was taken care of, the helicopter in a safe zone on the ramp, and they even supplied transport over to the terminal so I could get a flight out. Jojo, Keyarra, Justin, and Phil were all fantastic! Highly recommend Sheltair.

i am back again this year for a few days; always same fine welcome and service from the lineman up to the counter girl, stacie, which was so kind to reserve us a rental car at crew rate. hard to beat !

Of all the CSR's I've experienced while flying into the different Sheltairs around Florida, Delio really stands out. I'm very pleased with his demeanor and conduct. A very respectful person.

Stop at Sheltair for a 3 days stay. Rental car was on the ramp on arrival, I made the arrangements over the phone with the front desk few days earlier. Very efficient ramp personnel and support staff. The FBO to chose when going to Jacksonville.

Facility fee for PA-46: $25 waived with fuel purchase Landing fee for PA-46: $18.78 Security fee: $15.45 Customs fee: $66.95 They also charge a 3% convenience fee which is for using a credit card. Like who doesn't use a credit card?

Good FBO with superb service for a piston single. Waived facility charge with 10 gal minimum. FBO well equipped with pilots lounge, planning room, and even a crew "gym" with weights and treadmill. Welcoming line and desk staff.
