The CSR working today was super friendly, got our fuel order handled quickly, and took care of our passengers needs too!

People at the desk were fine. Slowest linemen I've ever used. Refueled aircraft out of sequence.

Do not recommend Atlantic JAN. They will not give the crew car to anyone under 25. Tried to discuss with both managers and was refused. They were also going to assess a $340 landing fee for my diamond twin star, which is not a high performance airplane, had I not taken the minimum fuel. HIGHLY suggest flying into KMBO instead where fuel is much cheaper, kinder service and they will give the crew car to pilots.

Had a fine experience with Atlantic doing a x-country overnight/fuel stop in an EC-135. Simple parking for helicopters, quick line crew, welcoming/helpful front desk staff (thanks Ashley!). Plenty of Ubers (usually under 1 min wait and they are familiar with Atlantic FBO), good hotels/eateries less than 5 mins away.

Don’t anticipate Atlantic to be open 24 hours. Unfortunately they are unable to maintain the after hours lineman position filled. This was not a problem with the former management. Furthermore, phoning ahead has not consistently worked either. If you require fuel after hours, you must call during business hours, and secure verbal confirmation.

$707 for one evening on the ramp. CJ1 with zero amenities. Even pulled my own chocks and cone from the rear. Seriously.

A lineman was present for after hours refueling, although the FBO was closed. No extra callout fee. The crew car was not available for the short overnight stay, Uber was prompt

Ashley and Heather were super helpful and accommodating. Arranged hangar space for me as there was bad weather moving in. Line techs were prompt and friendly. Good FBO for a fuel stop!

The line personnel were rather poor. They could not figure out how to operate the fuel truck, and took ages to get fuel as a consequence. Only one fellow showed up to assist a plane full of folks with baggage after requesting aid. And they removed the chocks without asking while the brakes were not set. Quite risky.
