I flew into West Houston (KIWS) in our Cessna 182 with family and a friend. From the moment we got there, we were treated with courteous, excellent service in every part of our stay. We were marshaled in, the rental car was brought plane-side with help to unload, the airplane was hangared, and check-in was fast and friendly. The trip back was just as friendly and efficient. We will be back.

When flying to Houston this is my airport and my peeps! Good personnel, fine services, and the best hot chocolate and snacks. Putting green and grand piano in the lobby that I always play and sing on when I come. Blessings and Ispeaklife!

Stopped in for a quick visit. The line guy was friendly and prompt. Front desk staff were efficient and helpful. Facilities are top notch. My landing fees were waived with fuel, but I'd be happy to pay the fee in the future if I didn't need gas simply for the fine facilities and location. I'll be back!

Woody and crew at West Houston are awesome. They make the airport a welcoming setting for everyone. They are my go-to airport for the West side of Houston for sure!

Stopped over one night. Asked for top off of main tanks only at front desk. Specifically requested no tip tanks filled due to my next flight is with higher weight and cannot take the extra weight. She said a top off has to include tips. For some reason she adamant to fill them. I Stated again I did not want those filled. Next day showed up to find They filled both tips. I've got to go drain them now for my next flight. Staff friendly enough otherwise

One of the finest FBO's I have visited. This was my initial time here and navigating the Houston Class B for a VFR pilot can be difficult. One of the local flight instructors operating out of the FBO walked me through departing procedures which was what I was thinking anyway. Very fine people, fine facilities, and convenient for my trip to Houston.
