The staff could not been nicer. We had a hiccup when they broke off a tow pin on my Baron while moving it to parking, but Josh was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. I own my own business and know S happens. They took care of things and we left Gateway satisfied, glad to return anytime. Fees are very reasonable for a nice facility and great airport.

Visited KIWA last weekend for a wedding. FBO provides superb service. Golf cart to guide you to parking, attentive ground handlers, solid facilities, and friendly desk personnel. Costs are reasonable too. Highly recommend a visit.

For all you complaining about a $20 ramp fee, really? That facility costs funds, it needs to be staffed, that restroom you used needs to be maintained and the complimentary coffee or water you took advantage of has an expense. Even a modest C150 is $50k. I am mostly observing $150k plus planes coming thru our airport. And you are going to fuss about $20....... you spent more than that at a Starbucks this week.

Awful experience. I flew there to drop off a passenger and was billed a $20 ramp charge for the 10 minutes I was present. A week later, I flew back to collect the person and was billed a $20 ramp charge for that 10 minutes also. Next time, we shall land someplace else and just drive further.

Fine FBO. Fuel costs were the most sensible of the whole 2400 mile journey. They managed to service the oxygen on my Cirrus SR22T, excused one evening of ramp charge with fuel buy. Roughly a 30 minute drive to Scottsdale, but it is a simple drive and with 3 runways, all which are long and wide with many instrument approaches available , this was a fine selection to stay clear of the more active airports in the Phoenix region. I would strongly suggest KIWA and Gateway Aviation Services FBO.

Lindsey, Dolly, Jacob and Dan do a superb job to make sure all requests are complete and followed up on. For a govt owned facility they are A1. Wish we still used them but now go to SDL as that is closer to our final destination now. :(

Superb facility and service for GA. 10 gal to waive ramp fee and good food at the brewery. Pilots lounge is top notch with an amazing massage chair.

Fine facility. Lots of personnel. If you want red carpet and you are flying a single this isnt the stop for you, i dont anticipate that so this was a good stop based on location. Staff was courteous and professional. $20 per night ramp fee, one night waived with fuel purchase.
