Landed here with an alternator issue. FBO staff were good. Gave me a crew car for the evening and suggested hotels. Maintenance shop was terrific. Dropped what they were doing, diagnosed the problem and had parts delivered the next morning. I was on my way home by noon. If I ever have a reason to come this way I will certainly be stopping here.

Flew into KIUA for lunch today. Tom was super friendly and accommodating. The staff there is always amazing. Highly recommend.

We landed at KIUA last week and were treated like royalty despite being in a lowly Archer. We caught them while in a move to the red building away from what you might think is the FBO location. (It isn't the obvious building which is a flight school) They apologized repeatedly for the location confusion and did everything they could to make our stay in Canandaigua go smoothly. Unfortunately there is no hangar space available. TRW's were forecast and I wished to put our plane inside. Not a major concern

Fine facility. The personnel was quite supportive.

Fine stop near the Other Half Fingerlakes brewery. Fuel is $1.00 less costly than in PA. Good personnel in the FBO, provided a crew car for a brief trip.

Flew in today to collect an item. Ron was waiting at the fuel pump to assist. Very gracious, offering water and a crew car. Sadly, could not remain, but shall return

Good and welcoming staff AS ALWAYS. Self-serve fuel functioned fine but it was somewhat difficult to view digital read-out. FBO is now in VAS Operations which is on the northern end of the hangar rows. Fuel station is at the southern end of the hangar row. Was informed they preferred small GA aircraft park more towards the fuel station.

I stopped in last week. I spoke with John and Richard. All personnel was very fine. I wasn’t sure about getting an Uber and they provided a very fine crew car for us. We got fuel quickly and we’re on our way. Very good group of folks there. Stop in and get some of the inexpensive fuel. Thanks!

Really fine facility. FBO is still in a trailer, but could not have been kinder. Self serve fuel is simple and effective to operate, and costs are superb.
