Flying from Wichita back to CFO, I chose to stop at KITR for fuel. It was after hours and I was having difficulty with the self serve. Daniel picked up the after hour phone and was extremely helpful and kind. He even came by the airport to assist me! He also informed me I could enter the FBO with the code on the door. Inside it was very tidy and there was complimentary bottled water, candy, and vending machine treats. The runway was good for night ops. Could not suggest this airport enough!

First occasion here for a gas and go stop. Nobody around on a weekday afternoon, but the lounge was open with cold water bottles and coffee accessible. Spotless restrooms. Can access after-hours with code. There is a courtesy car; sign-out sheet and keys were on the counter. Self-serve fuel worked fine.

Part Two: I forgot to mention how Daniel allowed me to keep one of the two crew cars they have, overnight! On my return flight back one week later from KRDM Redmond OR to KMGM Montgomery AL, stopped again halfway on this route back to this airport. Again was allowed to take the crew car overnight! Customer service was SUPERB. Thank you again Daniel!
