December 26, 2025Landed there on the way back from Osh this year and had a flat. John and Dean were awesome to work with. Came out to the plane and installed a new tire and tube. Good place to fuel up and halfway to Phoenix for me. Just need to reopen the restaurant. Butterfly FBO is great!!!!

September 2, 2025Good assistance from Butterfly. Stopped at Goodland for an overnight in our C195 on our way to Rapid City for a 10 day vacation. Scott Collett at Butterfly flagged us in and fueled quickly. Since a front was moving thru overnight he pushed us into a hangar. John Collett met us and showed us his 195 restoration projects and arranged a curtesy car for our use getting to our motel. Most enjoyable stop. hrhwindridge

June 17, 2025According to the locals, the Hangar Cafe has been closed for quite a while. However, downtown is only about five miles away, and Butterfly Aviation has crew cars.
