January 8, 2026Anyone checking the comments here ought to know Tammy L is just fantastic. But to me it seems like whatever service you need from anybody or anything at this FBO is going to be handled warm, friendly, and fast.

July 13, 2025Fly survey and stop here on a regular basis. Personnel is always friendly and fuel up quickly. We use the crew car to go grab some lunch. Because of their superb service we make it a point and choose to go here.

July 1, 2026Flew in for an overnight stay. The line crew was really on it. I stepped into the FBO to ask about getting a rental car. Tammy at the front desk was awesome. She contacted Enterprise for me. As it turned out, a rental had just come back to the FBO. Because of Tammy, I could give them my info and take that vehicle. Would definitely recommend stopping here. david.stelzl

May 23, 2026Stopped in with a single-engine piston for lunch and a couple of hours. It was my first visit to the area. The FBO was outstanding, and Tammy was awesome! Buying fuel waived the fees, though they were quite reasonable anyway. They also have a crew car for rent, which worked out great. Will absolutely be back here.

April 18, 2026This was probably my 4th or 5th time stopping here, and the service is consistently excellent and attentive. Tammy recognized me again right away and, as always, had everything handled. The staff has a really great culture. Excellent stop.

May 25, 2025Randomly flew in for supper unannounced. Asked to borrow the crew car (it's not complimentary), but it was not accessible. When Tammy heard I was going to get an Uber, she went out of her way to secure us a rental car that ended up being less expensive than the Uber would've been. Superb line service and desk service. Thank you Taughannock.
