South facility attempted multiple times to charge my DA40 (small single engine) $200 for facility fee with a waived fuel amount of 75 gallons. I do not have a 75 gallon capacity, and resolving that took hours before I could get back on the road.

Returned to the fbo at the time I gave them: 7 pm. Doors locked. No one in view. Finally got the attention of someone from the flight school who permitted me inside. No one at the fbo desk. No one anywhere. Got the attention of another pilot out by the planes so he could unlock the door to the tarmac so my family and I could go home. I'm sure they'll send the invoice for their services in the mail.

Stopped by today in my humble Cessna 172 for a fuel stop. Two linemen were waiting to guide me in. Very friendly. The man at the counter ( Steve I think) was just as courteous and kind. I would most definitely recommend Modern Aviation without hesitation.

Outstanding service. Fantastic help from line crew upon arrival. They assisted offload our bags, got them inside, and then out to the rental car.Departing, many thanks to the young man who waited in the broiling heat to marshal us out after I heard the dreaded "full route clearance follows" and I had to reprogram the box. Ground and tower were amazing as the pattern was completely filled with arriving and departing airline, corporate, and flight school traffic.

Go to the north facility if you park here. $37 per night single engine piston. $30 handling $10 convenience fee.

Flew into Modern Aviation South at KISP recently for Pilots and Paws mission, to pickup a pup to fly them to their furever home. Friendly customer service rep and marshaler. I called ahead to confirm fees and if they could be waived. Took a day to get a confirmed answer but they were agreeable - thanks! Light staffing but helpful service for the quick turn. I would go into Modern Aviation South again, hoping for another good experience.

Good service and a fine facility. Make sure you ask which FBO to go to, there is a "Modern North" and "Modern South" and it's not shown on any of the charts.

Grounded due to weather. Be cautious not to leave anything behind you might need in your plane. The person at the front desk will point out the policy posted on the exit door to the ramp and explain how secure this facility is with a condescending attitude. "You need an escort " as she pointed to the sign on the door .She made me feel so uneasy I made sure took everything out of the plane that i may need for the next few hours. I certainly didn't want to bother her twice .

Flew in my Cherokee 235 the evening before Thanksgiving. Line guys were very professional and took superb care of me. Overall good experience will certainly come back again.
