DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOMS AT KINL!!! The Customs circle is on Einarson's ramp, but it isn't listed on the Customs information sheet. That sheet actually says, "The FIS is not attached to the FBO." While taxiing in, I got a radio call telling me to park in front of the yellow truck. Four days after Customs clearance, Einarson sent me a $750.00 bill for "Non-Fuel Charges/Retail Charges" and a "Retail Facility Fee" of $750.00. I called the FBO and was told that the International Circle is their ramp. No relief.

Really fine folks, supportive also. A courtesy car took me to the city for some midday meal. The fuel was around $1 less compared to what was shown on ForeFlight so I modified the cost. I bought a jar of Canadian jam with the fuel buy. I walked approximately 100 steps to the airline terminal for my Global Entry meeting. This is a northern facility. Runway 04-22 was not cleared or even visible under the snow at the close of March. I did not notice a NOTAM about that and ATC did not appear aware of it either, but it is recorded in the A/FD. The FBO was busy clearing out the tie downs on the ramp. Oh, and it is named the FALLS International Airport.

I disputed the charge with AvFuel and contacted City Hall to complain. City Hall told me that the International Circles are NOT located on the FBO ramp. It took roughly three weeks, but the $750.00 was eventually refunded.

Just dropped off passengers and departed with no marshals after pulling our own chocks and despite their listing specifically saying no fees, was charged $250.00 for a ramp fee.

We landed yesterday, it saying here that it’s closed at 10. But it was closed before that around 8:30.
