Good, welcoming assistance, from parking to fueling to getting ready for next day flight. This was in a 2-place RV-12, surrounded by jets, turboprops, and a lot of bigger guys. Overnight ramp parking was $16. Will certainly come back!

Landed with a flat on my Cirrus SR22 nose gear. The service team took me in and swapped same day. I was able to maintain my schedule for the day with 4 stops. They are top notch and accommodating. Pleased this was my first stop!

Flew into Modern @ KILM last week for a quick re-fuel on the way from NY to Miami. Everyone was good, the turnover was extremely fast, and they actually had TKS. Would certainly use them again as my 1/2 way point going back to southern Florida.

Finest complimentary Coffee / Latte Machine available. Superb staff and crew. Ramp fee was waived with 10 gallon purchase, they did charge $10 Infrastructure Fee. C172

Good experience with the staff at Modern. In for a few days in an Arrow, they treated us like we arrived in a Citation. Definitely suggest this place..

An amazing FBO! Staff are super friendly and the crew cars were new and super clean. I highly recommend stopping here if you stop in Wilmington.

Service suffered on a recent trip due to Modern not having an agreement for National car rental to leave a vehicle at the FBO. This has been the case for several years, and has been a bother. After this trip, I decided to go elsewhere on the airport; I'd kept hoping out of loyalty they'd fix this issue. The extra 45 minutes it took to retrieve a car from the terminal and bring it over was not what I wanted to do after arrival.

Flew into KILM and Modern three times in the last three weeks to fly dog rescues, and the entire staff at Modern was amazing and professional in all regards. Line crew was super attentive and helpful, and all the ladies inside were very helpful with us and the rescue workers. Will be returning to KILM and Modern in the future and would highly recommend this FBO. Tower, ground and approach at KILM also super professional and helpful!
