Not optimal letting elderly pax out into a cold icy ramp before clearing it with the crew first. Plus the cargo in the vehicle was waiting for a duration before whomever ramp side found out they need to let the truck in. Seems a disconnect between the lobby and the ramp.

Worst Atlantic FBO in the nation. Very un- accommodating. We're renting a hangar from them, paying a huge amount for an extended local job and the personnel at the FBO has been the worst folks to ever deal with. We travel the whole country and have never been treated this way before, especially from an Atlantic. Will never ever do business here again.

Fuel truck has been back in service for some duration now with good response time. Thanks.

As of 1/7/22 their 100LL fuel truck is out of service. Allow extra time for fuel service because they must call a truck over from another FBO. The truck is being fixed, but it appears to be taking many weeks. Otherwise a good FBO with very welcoming personnel. - Karin B.

NOTE: June 2025 - Atlantic is temporarily in a structure with a green stripe a little to the west of the typical building. Ask Ground for guidance. Usual spot is being renovated following a fire.

This FBO is a wonderful gem. I contacted them before arrival and they arranged for me to have a pet friendly hotel, a rental car, and took care of all my Skyhawks needs. These people are friendly, innovative, and adaptable. Loved my time in Wilmington. Highly recommend this FBO.

Stopped over to hold a 4 hr business meeting. Personnel was quite helpful. I bought ~10 gal. of fuel, but no landing, handling or parking charges. Crew car available. Superb selection.

Very cordial FBO right down the field from my hangar BUT their 100 Low Lead fuel truck has been down more than up for a long, long period. Currently unavailable and no clue when it will be back in operation. Doesn’t really matter how cordial the team is if there is no fuel!
