Line crew and the front desk folks at the FBO were great. Maintenance, though, was a different story. I came in just for an oil change and was told there was a nick on my prop and that I needed a whole new propeller. At first they wouldn’t even release my aircraft because of it. Once I got the plane released, I had another mechanic I found—who wasn’t part of their maintenance—take a look. He just filed out the nick, no issue. So based on that, I wouldn’t recommend them for maintenance.

Courteous and professional service and inexpensive self serve. The folks at Exec 1 even towed our plane to the self serve pump without a charge. Free overnight tie down and no ramp fees. If you are flying into the Des Moines area, this is your finest option. Uber to downtown was only $15. Highly recommend.

Flew our A36 in a couple weeks ago to take my Daughter to softball practice! Good FBO with good staff! They let us utilize a courtesy car and had us all fueled up and prepared to go upon our return! Good Service!

Overnighted on our way west in our Corvallis. Nasty TSRA coming so asked to put it in the hangar. Got a call later that they didn’t have a tow bar that would fit. I hadn’t installed the tie down rings so they offered to pick me up from downtown (a 23 minute drive each way) to get them. Before the pick up, Adrian G. called and said they’d found a tow bar that worked, apologized for the trouble, no charge for the hangar and discounted the avgas! That is customer service. Highly Recommended!

Stopped here for fuel and lunch on our way west. They called on the radio after we landed and asked what we’d be needing. They brought the crew car up right next to the door because it was raining. Gave us recommendations for eateries and had us topped off and ready to go when we got back from lunch. Good place to stop and excellent service.

Good staff! Knowledgeable and very helpful. Had a fine courtesy car and comfortable FBO. Fuel is reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

Flew in for conference. Marshalled in and parked. Help was good. After fuel they parked plane 250 yards from fbo. No issue but if walking was issue could have been! Fbo is very nice and friendly!

A huge thanks to the folks at Exec 1. Flew in with our C210 for a HS band competition being held in the Des Moines area. They offered us a courtesy car and took wonderful care of us. Fine facility and extreme nice people who provided good service. We will be back.

Wow! Flew in for fuel on the way to OSH. Exec 1 team got on CTAF asking if we need fuel and gave us directions to self serve. Imagine my surprise when two team members met us at self serve, marshaled us to a stop, hooked up the ground wire, and ran the hose out to the plane. And this was SELF SERVE! Will certainly stop again for the return trip.
