February 26, 2026We were up at FL200 over KIJX when the PC12 picked up a vibration, and we made the call to do a precautionary landing and take a look. KIJX was the closest airport with decent runway options, so we chose to land there. This happened at 1530 on a Saturday afternoon. Once we were on the ground, a very nice young man came out to meet us. He really went way above and beyond to help with our situation. I can't say enough about how helpful he and his boss were. It's nice to still see real helpfulness in today's world. A++
