Fantastic experience flying into Aeromark to drop off a family member. Called ahead that morning and arranged for an oil and filter change with KP Aviation. Micah and his staff met me upon arrival had me taxi right up to the maintenance hangar and got me off the ground again 90 minutes later with fuel and sticker in hand. Super friendly staff.

Aero Mark has two big buildings on the East side of runway 3-21. The southern one is where you pay for fuel and find courtesy cars and such, the northern one is where the fuel trucks are parked and where the linemen hang out. Good service.

Called 1.5hrs before landing and provided an ETA for a quick turn around. By the time we landed, the fuel truck was waiting for us. They refueled immediately and were ready to let us go in under 10min! Took us another 30min as they have good facilities and were not ready for such quick turn around. Thank you Aero Mark for the fine service.

Met on arrival, car brought to plane. Fuel order finished quickly. Kind folks and fine amenities.

My spouse and I flew our Cessna 182 for the first time into Idaho Falls. We were met at the parking area by Aero Mark employee. He tied our plane down for us and drove us in his side by side to the Aero Mark FBO. Superb assistance!

Arrived to find my rental car and two line people waiting for me at my tie down spot. Wind was 25kts and the crew assisted get the cover on my Bonanza, it would have been impossible without their assistance. They helped unload the plane and load the car. They took my oxygen bottle to be filled and it was waiting for me nine days latter when we returned. This is the definition of good FBO service, fine job that was much valued.

i have been utilizing aero mark frequently lately and i must state everything they accomplish is first class. good experience all around. thank you aero mark!!
