Really nice folks here. Service was fast and professional. Modern facility with everything pilots and aircraft of any size could need. Best Signature facility by far, and I've been to a whole lot of them. Definitely worth a stop.

I was coordinating a refuel point for a medevac mission where I needed a fire truck while refueling. Signature at ICT was the only FBO the night before that promised me a fire truck upon landing. As soon as I landed there was a fire truck following my plane to the ramp. Refuel was quick and the line personnel were very efficient.

Stopped there last week for an overnight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facility very fine. Staff helped us find local lodging and contacted them so we got Signatures’ rate for the room. Highly recommend!

5 Star Service…. Nothing short of being one of the finest FBO’s I’ve ever observed. Crew car accessible for a lunch trip, then when I brought back the vehicle, they drove me to my lodging. Beautiful facility, welcoming and capable desk personnel, and a steep fuel reduction on weekends. Can’t state enough positive things about this FBO.

We had an overnight planned but knew storms were forecast during the night. I emailed Signature (Kathrine) who responded almost immediately. Instead of the response so typical these days of "make the trip and we'll see if space is available when you arrive" she explained that they would save me space. The line guys were smiling, friendly and helped us with a luggage cart. Overall, these folks were awesome. I have definitely found my new FBO @ ICT! Thank you Signature! Baron

Preferred this FBO over the others at KICT. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Fuel price was reasonable. Will certainly return.

My spouse and I are an aerial survey crew who just based out of KICT and Signature for almost a month. On the day we arrived, staffers met us at the plane with a luggage cart and took our bags to our rental car that was running with the A/C going. Even though we only fly a Cessna 206 Stationair, the service stayed that good during our whole visit. On two evenings, we received a phone call telling us big storms and strong winds were in the forecast overnight and asking if we wanted our plane hangared. We did and very much appreciated the call. During our entire stay, everyone was friendly, helpful, and just terrific! Everything was always done correctly - the plane was always fueled correctly, pulled out of the hangar on time, etc. We really appreciated the fantastic service and highly recommend this FBO!
