March 9, 2025Another good experience, welcoming and useful controllers, quite busy airspace. Strongly suggest a visit to Ivars restaurant on the river .

August 19, 2024Quite good sized airport with a runway always favoring the wind. Good conditioned asphalt especially now that they repaved the old beat up taxiways. The FBO is fine and the controllers are cool. The airspace is constantly very full of low-time student pilots, though, so if you're uncomfortable with busy training airspaces maybe go somewhere else or arrive in the evening.

May 15, 2024Berry Aviation is good! Fine crew car and the lady working in the FBO suggested Kerbey Lane Cafe for lunch and it was good! Lots of construction on taxiways currently so keep your head on a swivel for construction vehicles. Also make sure to check out the CAF museum to see the warbirds!
