Would highly recommend! All of the personnel were extremely nice, and helpful. Stopped 2 times in a day for fuel because they were so accommodating. The line personnel treated us in our little plane like we were parking a jet! Overall good place to stop, with many spots to lounge and take a break inside.

Flew in for a quick trip to Yale. Superb and welcoming personnel. Beautiful crew cars available for 3 hours. We shall return!!

Hospitality at this FBO was superb. The facilities were very accommodating for passengers and pilots. Two BMW crew cars and 1 SUV were available for use up to 3 hours. The crew cars were included in the $30 tie down fee which was waived with 15 gallons of AVGAS.

Flew in for a fast trip to get some good New Haven apizza. The support staff was fantastic and very helpful. Fees waived if you buy gas as others have stated. We were very pleased they they had a crew car waiting there for us to quickly get into town and back.

Stopped by here for a quick turnaround. The facility was renovated a few years ago so everything looks brand new. There is a coffee room with tables to eat at, vending machines, snooze rooms, and ample space. Cecilia, the lady at the front desk, was super friendly and accommodating. She took the time to explain everything to me. I valued that a lot, especially since it was my first time going to an FBO by myself. There is a $5 parking/handling fee waived with any amount of fuel purchase, and there is a $0.50/gal discount on fuel on holidays and weekends as well. 2 crew cars are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you're in the area, go grab some delicious New Haven pizza! I highly recommend Robinson!

Stopped at Robinson when dropping off 4 puppies on a Pilot-n-Paws flight. Barb W. was extremely helpful, carrying one in, offering water for them and walking outside with them when the rescue came to pick them up. The FBO is fine as well. Good place to stop and good customer service.

Flew in numerous times this autumn in my 172. Ramp fee waived with fuel purchase. Very professional, kind personnel. Clean and modern facilities. Two BMW crew cars.

Flew in to HVN in my C-152, met by very welcoming personnel, no delay for fuel, and complimentary crew car to get some pizza in New Haven. Really good experience at this FBO.

Very welcoming and helpful personnel. Fuel cost is steep but aside from that - almost flawless.

After my talk with Cecilia on the phone a day before, I flew into HVN yesterday and tied down with Robinson Aviation. Cecilia was as fine in person as on the phone, personable and very accommodating. She handled my fuel request and had a crew car waiting for me. This wonderful FBO continues to support GA, and positive people like Cecilia obviously are living their company’s mission.
