Really excellent FBO — one of my new go-tos. Everyone at Simon Aviation Services was very kind, professional, and happy to help. The facilities were spotless, WiFi worked great, and the car they let us borrow was really nice. Next time we're back in HUM, or if we need a tech stop anywhere down south, we'll definitely be using Simon Aviation Services again!

I rolled in unannounced on a Sunday morning as a fuel divert and I can't say enough good things about the Simon family and what they've got going on here! These are genuine, salt-of-the-earth folks doing things the right way and putting people first. I love seeing a family business do well, and I'll absolutely be bringing more business their way! Awesome FBO.

Service was solid and the crew was friendly. Because of construction they had a follow me car in use, and fueling happened with no wait. The place is brand new, and they even had complimentary snacks and drinks.

The bigger FBOs could take a lesson from these guys! The line staff treat you very professionally and you'll likely be met by the owner Brent. He'll make sure you've got whatever you need for your stay. Fuel prices are a lot lower at this FBO and the service is excellent! Hanger space is also pretty fair if you need it, and they even have maintainence service. Be sure to say hi to "Dotty" the on duty morale pup!

I had to stop in Houma for the night because some severe storms were rolling through the area. I called both FBO's right after I got off the runway on my phone, and this FBO beat the other FBO's prices by a long shot and didn't try to take advantage of my situation. They had no trouble accommodating my Aerostar, and they even had a crew car available that was in very nice condition! This is a family owned business with great hospitality and very friendly. Definitely taxi past the other FBO and give these guys your business!

Brice and his team really went above and beyond with service today. They shuttled our passengers and the crew to the FBO after marshalling us onto the ramp. Enterprise didn't have our passenger's car at the FBO, so the owner of the FBO took one of our pax over to Enterprise to pick it up. Me and the other pilot used their crew car to grab something to eat. We were fueled and ready for departure once we got back from food. They were approved for CAA today! Excellent FBO! We will be back!

Excellent FBO with 1st class service and good fuel costs. Provided us with Red Carpet treatment for our small piston twin. Would suggest to anyone.
