Service was awful. On a rainy morning I asked for the airplane to be moved under the canopy, and with literally ZERO operations happening it still took an hour and a half, even after three reminders!! The ladies at the front desk were just watching tv and drinking coffee. Never come back again.

Had a wheels up time of 0530. Sitting at the entrance gate to Jet Aviation now since 0430. No one answers phone number 713-358-9100. ( mailbox not set up yet). That is the phone number for them in ForeFlight and the number posted on the gate and the number Atlantic Aviation has for them. Atlantic aviation answers their phone.
