May 3, 2025Unplanned stop in IMC due to inflight emergency. Within minutes an airport volunteer showed up to see if I needed assistance. He notified a couple of mechanics on the field and they quickly found a faulty oil temperature probe. Issue was solved and fixed within minutes. I offered to pay them but they declined any payment. I bought some fuel and had an uneventful flight home. So many good people in general aviation! This airport is certainly home to some kind folks! Highly recommend!

November 22, 2024Good runway and people! Fuel is reasonably priced. I stop in here often and will keep doing so. Runway 05 slopes down, Runway 05-23 thresholds are preceded by drop off... updraft normally on 23 approach, but not difficult. Runways and taxiways are in fine condition.
