July 3, 2026The Hickory Aviation Museum is open and absolutely fantastic! You really have to see it. And grabbing lunch at Blue Sky's Cafe before or after your museum visit is a MUST!!

May 23, 2026Blue Sky's Cafe is a fantastic stop. The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and everyone is really friendly. Definitely worth stopping in for breakfast or lunch.

April 7, 2026Hey, really good to be back at Hickory. The Blue Sky’s Café is open again-awesome food, a new menu, and definitely worth the trip and the stop. Glad to have our new hundred dollar hamburger place to visit.
