Had to divert to KHIO and without notice pulled into the FBO. Superb customer service and extremely nice people. A wonderful experience

We have flown into the FBO many occasions. We have consistently been treated with such respect. Fees have always been small. The personnel is all good and supportive. We feel like we flew in a G650 even though it’s a T210. They literally roll out the red carpet either way. Wonderful FBO!

Definitely a top notch FBO. I was having a plane delivered here and they provided a notary to help me get some paperwork signed. They CSR's were top notch and very knowledgeable and accommodating. I definitely plan on stopping thru here again when I come thru HIO. I was departing in a small Beech Duchess but they made me feel like I was the owner of a Gulfstream! Good Service!

Absolutely hands down the finest support from an FBO/operator. We are a crew from another charter company and had issues after issue. The team here was friendly understanding and did everything they could to assist us. We cannot state enough good things about them. Thank you specifically to the line team for helping clean the plane, Josh for helping shampoos and get creative on our lav mess and Bruce’s for the save on the nav/data base problems.

First time at AA and not the final one! Quite accommodating personnel, no charges with fuel, 24/7 ops. Shall return!

We were treated so kindly by Aero Air staff. It was 100F when we arrived and they had Otter Pops for us to cool down. $25 overnight fee, very reasonable. Beautiful FBO. Departure day the kind lady gave us complimentary frozen reusable neck cooling gel wraps and chilled water. Very fine touch. They made us feel like we had a CJ4 on the ramp. We will be back in our modest C-177 Cardinal. Thank you Aero Air!

Aero air made our trip to Portland area good in our 182. They rolled out the red carpet treatment for us even waived the modest 25$ a week ramp fee after we had a small mixup fueling the wrong plane. Very friendly people. Swede would be proud of this operation today. Top notch FBO! Close to light rail. A lineman even dropped us off at the train station! Thanks again for your hospitality and keep up the good work. GA needs more FBOs like you.

Such a wonderful FBO. I landed at night flying south from Seattle. The personnel was super helpful and friendly. They got us refueled and even assisted to tow our plane to avoid the rotor wash from a BlackHawk taking off. Tidy and nicely stocked lounge as well as restrooms. Will certainly be stopping here in the future!

Good visit. No ramp fees w gas. Plenty of space, they welcome pistons. Fbo tidy, roomy, lots of water and snacks. Shall return!

Picked up an Angel Flight patient at Aero. Marshalled right up front. Welcome mat and safety cones in place ready for patient arrival and boarding. Fuel discount and waived ramp fee. Beautiful, comfortable and well planned facility. Will definitely schedule Angel Flight patients with Aero to include fueling in the future. A fantastic experience all the way around. Friendly welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
