Everyone at the FBO was super helpful, polite, and just plain personable. We rolled in with no notice, and a friendly gentleman plus a lady parked us as if we were showing up in a big jet, even though we were in a PA28. The facilities were really nice too, including the restaurant that smelled amazing, but we unfortunately didn’t have time to try it. Overall, I’d recommend it.

Rider Jet Center at Hagerstown, MD (HGR) is one of the finest FBO's I have ever visited. The facility is modern, spotless and operates as a premier FBO ought to. Kate is extremely helpful and focused on every aspect. I strongly suggest them!! "The Grille at Runways" is superb too!

Katie and Carly, two of the front end staffers I had the pleasure of dealing with. They provided my clients and me with top notch service, better than anything I've ever had at any Signature or Atlantic FBO. I stayed for two days with them and witnessed the way they care for their customers. From home baked cookies and coffee, to the red carpet they pull out for every Cessna 150 to Gulfstream Jets. The linemen are on top of the ramp keeping things organized and everyone taken care of. Best FBO!

Was there few days ago for an overnight stay with my SR22. Very fine FBO and outstanding personnel, from linemen up to the desk staff. Service is of the highest standards, will come back !

Arrived this evening to dine at The Grille in the Terminal Building but they were hosting a private event. The young lady at Rider Jet Center was extremely kind and permitted us to utilize the crew car for the short drive to Nick’s Airport Inn. Food was superb and I can’t thank Rider enough for saving the day.

Fabulous facilities and folks! Katie took good care of me from initial phone call to sending me out the door. One night in the heated hangar was only $93 for single piston. Crew car provided! Nice restaurant right in the FBO. Eat there and get the self serve price on trucked fuel. Even without the discount it's worth eating there. Come hungry the omelettes are big. Clean and modern. I'll be back.

Good experience at Rider Jet Center this morning. Golf cart was ready for me as I taxied to the ramp, guided me to a marshaller to park. They chocked the Dakota and greeted me with a friendly smile even though I did not require fuel. Inside staff also welcomed me, no charges applied and I enjoyed a superb breakfast at The Gille at Runways just inside the FBO. Pancakes are huge and tasty, I ordered two and could only finish one! I'll return. Shout out to Tom Riford, VP of Operations.

Stopped in on our way to Charlotte for fuel and an overnight and then back again the next night on our way home. Superb service; the desk and linemen were very helpful and they allowed us to borrow the crew van overnight so we could get to our hotel. And there's a good restaurant at the FBO. Highly recommended!

I left my Cheetah with Rider 18-21 June 23. Their line service was superb, tie down was secure, fuel order filled correctly. The service at the desk was also superb and I highly recommend Rider. Many thanks to Wayne, Katie, and Carly.

Made an overnight stop here. We needed hangar space overnight and they were able to accommodate us. Super service at a fair price. They do have a landing fee which was around $12 for us. Would certainly recommend!!
