Good FBO, very attentive & courteous personnel. Even though the ramp was crowded with jets, the line people were super attentive to my small Cirrus. Very organized FBO staff handled all car & hangar reservations quickly. I was running late for one of my departures, they coordinated with me on the phone to keep my plane in the hangar for as long as possible to avoid the cold. My favorite FBO in the DC area.

I had a wonderful experience at Chantilly FBO at KHEF Airport. The service was flawless, and the facilities were both cozy and properly kept up. A notable feature was the Hertz car rental service right on-site, making it extremely handy to grab a vehicle and depart without any trouble. The personnel was welcoming and quick, guaranteeing a simple and enjoyable stopover. Strongly suggest Chantilly for both its superb FBO services and the extra ease of Hertz car rentals!

I haven’t even been there yet, but Joselyn did some research for me and found the driver that I had used almost 2 years ago to go from Manassas airport to the hotel in Washington for $95 each way. She has checked with some delivery services at Dulles ,shocked at the costs, which costs I don’t know, but she continued to check and found Malik Transportation, and he was the service I used almost 2 years ago from HEF to Washington hotel, naturally super easy. Kudos to her helpful/capable assistance

We had the pleasure of using the services of Chantilly Air during a large event in DC. Although the ramp was full, they handled each request Promptly and with a Smile! The Hospitality, Professionalism and Facilities were First Class! They had done their homework and planned for a busy weekend. Plenty of personnel from Lineman, CSR's, Transportation and Catering, plus Management at each entrance to direct you and your passengers. Chantilly definitely earned our Respect and Business! - T

Remember the times when customer service was a vital component of FBO service and line personnel were eager and pleased to assist.... they possess just that here at Chantilly Air and we shall never go anywhere else in the DC region. Lovely FBO and good maintenance support if ever required.

Chantilly Jet Center is a terrific FBO. Attentive and professional personnel. Beautiful facility. Arrived in in my single engine Cessna, but was treated like it was our company Gulfstream. Will certainly use them again.
